Today Venezuelans go to the polls to consider major changes in their constitution. If Hugo Chavez has his way, it could possibly mean the end of freedom in Venezuela. For his attempt to implement Socialism in that country, Hugo Chavez is the winner of the Douche-bag of the week award. Here in the picture to the left, a smiling Chavez holds up his prize.
