WTF!

I'm stunned. The Lakers took a twenty-four point lead and gave it away. I could see the momentum shifting as the third quarter dragged on and there seemed nothing the Lakers could do about it.

Boston got tough on defense and all the easy shots the Lakers were getting in the first half evaporated. Defense won this game for the Celts.

To come back from a loss as this will be an extremely tough task. I look at it like this. The Lakers now have a chance to be the first team to win the Finals coming back from a 3-1 deficit. Can they do it? Boston has the momentum now and it may be impossible. I'm a die-hard Laker fan and I'll be there to the bitter end.

Well Greasy, what'cha think?

With the Celtics center out with a hurt shoulder should at least, in theory, give LA an advantage.

If there was ever a time for the Lakers to show up for a game, this is most definitely it. Should they outlast the Celtics and force another game, it would be a great boost to the confidence of the team.

It's do or die now.

Well Toast, the fifth game just finished and it was a carbon copy of the fourth. The Lakers go up by double-digits and then piss away the lead. They actually did it twice tonight. In the first quarter it was a nineteen point advantage the Lakers blew. Now, along comes the fourth period and the Lakers give away a fourteen point advantage.

I don't get it. It's as if they just go to sleep and try and coast. Well... that ain't gonna work with the Celts.

Now it's back to Boston and we'll see what happens. I have come to one conclusion - the Celts are just plain tougher than the Lakers and maybe just a little bit more hungry. Just my opinion.
